If your event needs a liability waiver, you know how the morning goes: a folding table, a stack of paper, a few pens that don’t work, and a line that keeps growing. After the event, someone still has to match signatures to attendees and file it all away.
Now you can skip that. Brushfire connects with Smartwaiver, so attendees sign waivers digitally as part of registration. You won’t need paper, clipboards, or a separate system to manage.
How it works
Attendees sign after purchase. Once someone buys a ticket or registers, a Complete Waivers button shows up in their confirmation email, on their ticket, and on their order page. Their name, email, address, and phone number fill in automatically, so signing takes a minute.
Check-in does the checking. If someone arrives without a required waiver, the Brushfire app stops them at the door. They can sign right there on a kiosk or on their own phone, and your team doesn’t have to keep track of anyone by hand.
You always know who’s left. Every waiver has signed and unsigned reports. When you need to follow up, the reminder tool sends each person one email covering everything they still need to sign, not a separate email for every waiver.
Returning guests skip a step. If someone has already signed the same waiver, they can reuse it instead of signing it again.
Built for events that need waivers
Camps, sports leagues, attractions, outdoor adventures, church retreats, and fitness events all need waivers, and now they can collect them in the same place as their registrations. Your registration, waivers, and check-in all live together in Brushfire.
