Onsite Support
Either works. We can bring Brushfire-issued scanners, badge printers, iPads, and check-in stations, or we can train and operate equipment you already own. We'll work out the hardware plan during pre-event planning.
A trained Brushfire team member (or team, depending on event size) comes to your event in person. They handle check-in setup, gate sales, badge printing, scanner training, day-of troubleshooting, and anything else that comes up. You get someone who knows the platform inside-out standing alongside your staff.
Think of us as an extension of your event-day crew. We're there to run check-in and ticket scanning, troubleshoot anything that pops up at the door, help walk-ups buy or upgrade tickets, and keep lines moving when the rush hits. You focus on the experience your attendees came for — we'll keep the front-of-house humming.
For events with high attendee volume, fast-moving gates, complex check-in flows, or first-time use of Brushfire hardware. Most book on-site for their flagship annual event, even if they self-manage smaller events through the year.
Both, honestly. We're happy to step in and run check-in start to finish, but most organizers want their volunteers in the mix — and that's a good thing. We'll train your team on the scanners and the flow before doors open, then work shoulder-to-shoulder with them during the event. By the second event, a lot of organizers find their own crew can run it solo with us on standby.
