Customer Support

Am I talking to a real person who actually knows the platform?

Yes. You get real humans who use Brushfire every day and know the product inside and out. You won't get bounced between five tiers of reps reading scripts. Whoever picks up your question can usually solve it on the spot, and if it needs to go to the product or engineering side, they'll stay with it until it's resolved.

Can I get a dedicated point of contact, or is it whoever picks up?

Both options exist depending on your account. Most customers work with our shared support team, which means you get a fast answer from whoever's available and knows the platform deeply. Larger accounts and enterprise customers can be set up with a dedicated customer success manager who knows your events, your team, and your history — so you're not re-explaining context every time you reach out.

Is there a cost for support, or is it included?

Included. Every Brushfire account comes with full access to our support team at no extra charge. We don't believe in charging you to talk to us when something's not working, and we don't gate the good support behind a premium tier. If you're a Brushfire customer, you get the whole team.

What happens if something goes sideways during my event?

Event day is when we lean in hardest. Our support team knows the difference between "I have a question when you get a sec" and "doors open in 20 minutes and I need help right now," and we triage accordingly. If you've flagged a big event ahead of time, we'll keep an eye on your account live so we can jump in before you even have to ask.
