We're incredibly excited to announce the launch of our new Instant Ticket Access features, designed to get you into your events faster and easier than ever before.

With Instant Ticket Access, get your tickets for check-in instantly on your screen from a QR Code or by having them text messaged to your phone. No more digging through inboxes or waiting for that confirmation email to come in!

This feature is a game-changer. Whether your customers are buying tickets at the gate right before the show and every minute counts, or simply prefer the convenience of digital access, Instant Ticket Access ensures they’re ready to go in seconds.

Here are the different ways it can work:

Web Browser

When Staff are using a browser to purchase tickets will have a QR code appear on the confirmation screen, ready to be scanned by the attendee. Or if the equipment placement isn’t conducive to this, we can enter the purchaser’s phone number (SMS Delivery for US/Canada) into the confirmation screen and it will text them a link directly to their tickets.

Further, if a customer is standing in line and purchases tickets directly from the browser on their phone, their Purchase Confirmation screen now has a View Tickets button that takes them directly to their tickets.

Mobile App

When in Manned and Mode, the same options as above are available to have the customer scan a QR Code or enter a mobile number (SMS Delivery for US/Canada) on the Purchase Confirmation Screen
