Registration and Purchasing Processes got an Upgrade!
We continue updating and innovating to make the ticketing experience with Brushfire better and better! Updates to event maps and faster options for registrations provide better convenience for your customers, while we also have new updates to our integrations with Square hardware. Let’s take a look at what we’ve been up to!
This new map feature auto zooms to center the attendee’s location and shows them the events nearest to them first. Further, beneath the map, a list view of the available events will display below the map with the distance displayed to the right. Also, as the buy continues to zoom out, more events will be displayed on the map and the list underneath will update accordingly as well. Buyers can also search based on a specific city. Pre-registrations, where your customers are allowed to skip filling out fields of information to expedite the check-out process, have always been available in Brushfire. But now, there are two ways to do this! Skip one by one OR choose to Skip All at a click of a button. As always, the customer can complete their information at a later time!
The Square Reader experience is better than ever! Never leave the Brushfire App during the purchasing process to complete transactions, as the Square Reader is now fully integrated with the Brushfire. No more pre-configurations on all your devices in the Square app beforehand, giving you back more time to prepare in other ways for your event. You’ll also notice an improved control of the reader status, as well as extremely reliable connectivity.
We are happy to announce Brushfire has full support for the Square Stand! Add a compatible iPad to the Square Stand for super fast built-in payments, which means far fewer cords, a cleaner counter, and a seamless checkout experience. It also allows for a smooth 180º swivel, allowing you to easily turn the screen to customers when needed.
